This is 2025. Been a resident since 2015. Originally when we got here good to great atmosphere. Good neighbors, office personnel professional. We had to get relocated because of a fire back in 2019. First moved there no problems. Report an issue, within a reasonable time it got taken care of. Now fast forward to 2023 to present day. Dog feces all in the yard, by the bedroom windows ... there are a lot of dogs on leashes. There are some dogs that are allowed to run free and do their business. Everywhere. I asked for my locks to be changed 2 weeks ago, they charged my account and changed the locks over 14 days later although I told them having the intial lock on my door was a safety concern. Last night I got home at 10 and the locks were changed I called the office to report a maintenance emergency and nobody got back to me until an hour and a half later saying it was my responsibility to get the key from the office while they were open.
