These people will squeeze EVERY penny you have out of you. My advice? Find somewhere else to live.
Rude management. My family has lived in the house in front of the apartments for 10 years and my kids have occasionally walked around the pond or rode their bike around the apartments as we have no sidewalk access from our driveway. My kids watch the fireworks from the front ponds every 4th of July but that all changed today when the manager told my kids they were not allowed over there. Hi Chelsea. Office went out to speak to the children once they became aware that the children were climbing onto our property fence and throwing rocks and food into our ponds. Maintenance had already spoken to the kids (a short while before office staff) about the same issues and had asked them to please stop. Due to the children choosing to not listen and continuing on with their behaviours, office staff then had to go out and speak to them. Every time I've ever called, there's been a waitlist for several months to a year for all units. Suggestion: If you have that kind of occupancy, then demand is consistently exceeding supply. This has been going on for years! Build on! Build more units!

Loved living here. Management and staff were prompt and attentive. Lived at many apartment communities and this was by far my favorite.
This is my second time living her....I absolutely love it here. The staff are amazing and friendly.
