Been coming here for years they always keep the prices down and make it reasonable to own your pets
There are not enough kind words to say about Dr. Jester! Literally the most caring and compassionate vet I've come across. We run a Farm Rescue in Grayslake, and treat our farm friends exactly like they were a house pet, and so does Dr. Jester. Anytime I have called him with a question or worried that one of them might need to be seen, he is there within the hour. Primitive facility...sit on hard wood benches for hours in small room waiting to see vet amidst the close proximity of loud pets and their noisey owners. Recent price increases drove me to modern facilities . The vets and staff are great but so are vets at modern facilities....at comparable prices.
They really care. Very important. Friendly staff.
So far they have been amazing! My dog had surgery Thursday and everything looks great! They never made me feel bad about asking questions and were always so pleasant! They took good care of my Maxi!
We lost our best little furry friend,it was such a horrible experience. The Dr. at Lakes was so very compassionate and kind. Sometimes the wait time to see the Dr.s is a little long but the wait is worthwhile they are always great, and keep our little guys healthy and happy. God BLESS Lakes staff and Dr's. P.s. My Rocky was the best puppy ever.
