The worst!!!! I called 3 times to make an appointment and never once did they tell me it’s a 2 to 4 hour wait!!! If someone told me I was going to sit in the parking lot 2 to 4 hours I would have gone someplace else

After receiving some unfortunate news at our last visit, I called about a week later to ask some more questions. Dr. Deisher called me back promptly. His explanations were thorough and compassionate. He never seemed bothered or rushed. We've been going to Lakes for 8 years. They are affordable and efficient. The vets and staff are genuine. I don't mind waiting at Lakes because I know they are giving everyone the same loving care and attention that they give to us.
