Been going here for 22 years. can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Jablonski is definitely the man. Don't sell yourself short with any of those big commercial spots, this is the place to be.
I have been a patient here for about a couple of years and was just notified that they no longer accept my insurance (I was last there in March). When I asked them to send my records to my new doctor and they charged me $25 even though I didn’t have a choice but to find a new doctor. Then, due to a technical error, I had to pick up and deliver them to the new doctor. I’m very disappointed in their lack of professionalism.
Unbelievably rude customer service
Staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Jablonski was patient, thorough and answered all my questions.
0 stars for this place. Such a joke. I showed up to my appointment and they claimed that I cancelled it and I never did such a thing. They even said we had a texting conversation that this happened but my phone has NO record of that. It was 25 minutes away and I even had to get a babysitter to make the appointment. All for nothing. Can’t wait to find a decent eye doctor.
I’ve been going here for four years, always great quality people and great products!
The staff is very welcoming and professional. They always take such great care of my family!
