I have had a small storage unit for several years. I just found out they are raising my rent again. This is the second time. The money is trivial, but this is the second time. I am not happy at all.
Do NOT store your items here if you care about them. They identified the site for a truck we needed to store after my brother’s death. It was broken into and all the gas was siphoned from the tank. Gas cap was damaged. When reported to management they said it was a risky location for storage of a truck yet they picked the site. It appears they set me up to have this occur. Please be forewarned! Do NOT expect any support and expect you will not have your vehicle returned the way you left it!
This was a horrible experience. Do not park a vehicle there unless you are ok with it being damaged. We parked my brother’s truck there for storage after his death because we are from out of state and needed it held until the will was settled. 5 months later we went to pick up the truck to find out that the gas cap had been pried open and all the gas siphoned out.
