The Ridge is fabulous. Quiet, clean and well managed. Jenny, Mary and our maintenance technician Chris are a fabulous team who care about their tenants and our safety. I've lived here for a few years and would recommend it to anyone. I give it my highest rating of anyplace I've lived. My thanks to The Ridge Team.
We have lived at the Ridge for years and find it to be clean, safe and comfortable. The property staff are always friendly and helpful, attending to our needs or concerns with prompt and courteous service. They take pride in their work and hold high standards for the property. Along with owls in the tall fir trees, who could ask for anything more?
Lovely gated property! Gazebo for relaxing. Well-landscaped. Plenty of flowers. Clean, modern apartments. Everything works! Doors, drawers, everything. Modern amenities. Management was AMAZING to work with.
I have been privileged to call The Ridge Lakeridge Regency home for more than ten years, and I can honestly say I cannot imagine living anywhere else. Perched high on a ridge overlooking Capitol Lake and the Washington State Capitol, the setting is simply breathtaking. From my second story balcony I can see the capital building dome at night lit up. The grounds are meticulously maintained.
