The staff is very friendly and professional. The appointment was on time and the office is very nice.

I am always amazed at how well Lakeridge Dental is run. Appointment at 8:15? When your clock hits 8:15, you are being called back. The appointment flows smoothly and Dr Hiner is always so willing to explain it all in detail.
I was greeted with smiles and treater like royalty, it really made my day
There was no wait time to be escorted to a dental chair. All the nurses were friendly. They completed their part of the appointment very fast. Dr. Hiner had a big grin and was very enthusiastic.
Attractive office; efficient and easy to move around; extremely competent and caring staff; dentist was outstanding in all respects. They explain what, why and cost options. This organization is truly patient care oriented; so there is none of the "rush patients and grab dollars" attitude found in most health care organizations run by teams of CPAs, MBAs and MHAs.

Provided excellent cleaning and gave very much appreciated updates and notices about what the next part of the procedure would be. Very courteous and kind assistant and dental hygienist.
