I have been a patient of Lakeridge Dental for over 10 years. All the staff - from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists - are highly competent, friendly and professional. They work together as a team to take great care of patients, taking extra care to ensure that patients are safe and comfortable.
So I had to go to the dentist (I know I was terrified too) but we were headed to Disney and I had a troublesome tooth and I couldn’t allow it to stand in the way. So I call Lakeridge and they get me right in saving our Christmas trip. The dentist said he could save the tooth and that I needed a crown and I was like “I KNOW, RIGHT!!!” Because how cool would it be to have a crown. But I already promised my girlfriend I would wear Mickey Mouse ears and I figured the crown would get in the way so I just had him pull it instead!... read more
I was well-taken care of when I went in for an emergency visit with tooth pain. They worked me in on a busy morning. The great thing about Lakeridge Dental is that no matter what you need done, they can do it right there. You will not need to be referred out. Dr. McNabb, who started the practice was my dentist for years. After he retired, it was Dr. Snuggs. I have also seen Dr. Hiner and Dr. Lawson. They all know what they are doing. I lost a crown on the last Friday before Christmas. I call Dr. Snuggs office and was told that Dr. Snuggs schedule was full and it would be after the holidays before he could see me. They called back and said that they could fit me in if I could come later that afternoon. I did and left with a temporary crown and a fitting for the permanent crown scheduled in January. I am completely satisfied with Lakeridge Dental!!
I arrived shortly before my appointment and was checked in immediately. The receptionist was friendly. I reviewed my information and was seated in the waiting area. Chelsey came and took me back to the examination area and took my vitals. She was very friendly and pleasant. The hygienist came and cleaned my teeth. The Dr. then came by for the exam. It was a pleasant experience.
