The whole staff was very pleasant and helpful they treated me with respect Dr. Lawson was very gentle with me and staff was amazing and friendly.
Lakeridge Dental is extremely efficient and they always do a thorough job. As busy as they are, I rarely have to wait and they focus a great deal of attention on me during my appointments. I would highly recommend!!!!
From reception thru the exit and payment, everything was fast efficient and friendly. The cleaning was thorough and EXTREMELY gentle. Dr. Hiner took time to explain what was going on with my teeth and completely answered all my questions. Kudos to the entire crew.
Like everyone else, going to the dentist is not a highlight in my day. However, Lakeridge and the amazing staff, did an excellent job of making me comfortable, understanding the process, checking in and checking out. Erika was the assistant that was with me from start to finish and she was great!!! She took time to make sure I wasn’t nervous, that I was well informed and made sure any and all questions were answered. Definitely not apprehensive about going back to the folks at Lakeridge Dental. Keep up the great work!!

The staff at Lakeridge Dental are kind and professional. I love Jodie because she is positive and is an amazing dental hygienist. My teeth aren't perfect, but she helps me with great suggestions and support, rather than judgement. Thank you all so very much.
Shanae was simply amazing. After having pain for (4) days, she provided comfort and support before being seen by the doctor. I am so grateful. They recommended I see a specialist for what ended up being (2) root canal procedures all at once. Now, I feel better again! Thank you Lakeridge Dental and Shanae for working me into your schedule at a time when others were taking a snow day off! Consider me a very happy snow man!!! :-)
Never have long waiting room waits; get you in at your appointment time. Staff is prompt answering questions or the phone. Love Dr. Hiner. He is up front with treatment options and is very personable.
