I spoke with Derrick several times thru text messages. He was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely work with him again if another vehicle interests me at Laker Motors.
Set up an appointment (During Covid-19 scare), to see/test drive a specific vehicle. Got there and the truck wasn't clean and the dealer/agent still had fishing gear in the back. Was talking thru text after the visit, trying to work out a deal to purchase, and was completely ghosted by the guy after just a few messages.
Very prompt reply, waiting to schedule test drive.
Good experience no pressure to purchase answered my questions. Still have my eye on that Vehicle. I did get a price update from them as well so good business and I’m looking forward to doing business with them.

The have responded via email a few times regarding my interest in the Enclave. I am not sure if they receive my emailed response back however as it seems the emails I receive are "automated" and none have responded to the Carfax request. I plan on responding to the last email as a test to see if it is automated or if they can actually respond to my inquiry.
