LAKEPORT boat & dry storage’s leak not only from rotted tin roofs, but under the back of the units.They have mold, rodents that run in and out of units destroying ppls property and dry wall! Known fact! I lived on the property for 19 years, I managed them, but no longer would put up with the verbal abuse. I and others that rented was accused of not paying rent. As you look around for unit, you will notice they’re the cheapest in Lakeport. There is a reason for that!
Facility was always keep clean as clean as can be with oak trees and there leaves. The Christopherson's went out of there way to please there customers. You can't have tenants stay 10-12-15 years and not take care of them.
Very poor customer service. We had a house fire and stored our pictures and life long video of our family here. We called to pay our storage up, we were very behind and the man said we were paid up. Two days later they sold everything. We have lost all of our memories. He didn't help us at all.
If you go by there i hope you dont meet a lady named yoli she has the worst attitude ever, real rude and unproffesional. Not to mention that if you talk to her boss first you always get cheaper prices, yoli WILL get every penny out the customer she cans.
My boat has been stored at Lakeshore Boat & Dry Storage for several years now. The management has always been very honest and helpfull and is always available. The place is kept tidy and clean. I have not experienced any theft or crime while renting my unit
One star is giving these people way too much credit! Please do not ANYONE do business with Pat Rolls, unless you love throwing your money away. This woman is nothing more than a compulsive liar. She comes off innocent and sweet, but wow what a front!!! If you read this please take this into consideration because ,if you don't, you will wish you did. These people also have a you pick it farm and sale real estate. She owes us thousands of dollars because she sales parcels of land she doesn't own. Then doesnt return your calls.... read more
