So the only reason I rated my review a 1 star is because I was disgusted by the Starbucks lady that was standing cutting her nails. Other staff were friendly but this just blew my mind. I was in the reception area waiting for my son to be taken back for his x-ray. I was in complete shock and disgusted. There are so many germs under the nails and to even think about cutting your nails in a hospital setting where drinks/snacks are prepared is a disgust.
