So HAPPY! When it became time to sell my condo my biggest fear was finding someplace to lease in the area I grew up in that I would WANT to move into. The property management of my condo was completely useless (Brydges) and was a regular source of stress. Lakepointe was the first place I looked and now I am here and moved in and I couldn't be happier! Everyone has been professional, helpful and kind. Alla has everything runing so smoothly and everything is so well maintained. Things are always taken care of before it crosses... read more
Loved every moment of my time in these apartments. It was home for over 5 years.
Been living here for 6 years. Management is good and quick to response. These apartments are good if you have a family or young kids. 2 english school, and 1 french Immersion school, major retails in walking distance or by bus. Quiet area.
Really happy with our apartment. Management is friendly and really prompt to attend to any issue that may come up. Communication is good when maintenance will be happening. Generally very quiet buildings. Been living here over 2 years.
Really good area to live in. Safe neighborhood with a lot of stores you need nearby. I've got the renewed apartment in good condition for an acceptable price. Noticed the problem with the fridge and in a couple of days the managers provided the new one. The parking lot is included in the price and promptly cleaned in winter.
