Not a good place to work....very disorganized staff....nurses who are not attentive and over staffed 1/20 most times. It’s very hard for good cnas to give proper care when overworked. Facility is very old and out dated. I definitely would not recommend placing a loved one here for any reason.

RecommendedThe associates really care about the residents. The care for my loved one was very caring. I would highly recommend these nurses and Administrator.
LakePoint Wichita is a great place!
Get their stuff together, after having my mother there for 3yrs, evidently they changed hands, and have one problem after another since February 2019, its now Sept. still problems. DO NOT recommend, this place for your loved ones
I do not recommend this continuing care retirement community for employment placement, partnership opportunities, or for the care of prospective residents and their families.
