I have heard so much bitching and complaining about this park. First of all about the water line breaking last week. Shit is going to happen, lines are going to bust, not the fault of the management or owner. Yes it took a while to repair, find leak, analyze part needed, purchase parts and repair. Takes time to do these things. Or start adding a $10.00 a month to all residents while they occupy their resident. Apply this money into a escrow account for emergency repairs on the water system. It's a great place and everyone is so friendly. Also they have worked out the trash issue..
this is the friendliest park in Florida and one of the cleanest and we'll managed .
We met lots of friendly residents at this park. The evening cards as well as women's quilting group made it a fun place to winter. The club house and laundry were clean. We would return to this park.
Our home away from IL home. Great group of people.
They need to take better care of the dumpsters. They only show u the front part of the park. There is a lot of garbage laying around in back like old furniture even the managers place has junk out front. Th e y treat their employees bad and let their friends do work which try are not quilfied or licensed to do. Water is shut off at least once a week and smells like rancid water. It suppose to be a 4 star place ha.
Great people, clean grounds, great amenities! Love!
