Lakemont Ridge has and Out Standing Helpful Staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Located right in the middle of Central Florida for the winter is a reasonable price about, $700 that includes monthly lot rent, electricity, and water. Coast of Florida will cost you, another $200. Lakemont Ridge is the best RV Park, I personally been to, Bar none. It is located in Frostproof Florida, like living in a small veteran town. Super Walmart is thirteen miles away. Friendly with great services and very comfortable living. You can always find something to do! Been coming back for several years now.
Never felt so discriminated against in my life....was immediatly asked my age....and told no sorry....we only rent to adults....Im 41....I know they said over 55 or something....just bad bad customer service. Id stay away from them....what else would they discriminate against?
We have been here only a few days and are already in the progress of making arrangements for reserving our lot for the next winter season. Very nice and friendly people on our street and very clean and well maintained. This is a 55+ community.
People are friendly and everyone is helpful.
