Terrible customer service. They would not release FULLY PAID FOR contact lenses for my daughter, because the exam bill (which they never sent) wasn't paid for (the co-pay part!). I told them that (via text and e-mail) I am on a conference call, and will pay the bill after I am free, but they held the contacts hostage, and told her to return next day. Absolutely CRAZY to lose two customers over a small co-pay bill. I recommend you hire more competent staff. (Ohh, please keep the contacts!)
