They installed a vinyl seawall, pier and boat lift. Friendly, fast and efficient.
Once they build it (dredge, dock and lift installation) they do not repair or service well after unless you spend significant money on improvements. You end up having to hire other companies that do not build the docks the same and do not want to do service on LakeMaster Docks. Beware!
For years Lake Master took care of a dock and boat lift. While adjusting the boat lift in the early spring of 2019, Lake Master discovered damage to the adjacent boat dock. In the middle of August, the boat dock has still not been repaired. Another contractor has been hired to fix the broken boat dock.
We were having a problem with our pier fitting together right. Called to see if there was a different kind of clamp that we needed. Kathy was very helpful and accommodating, asking us to send pictures so she could visualize our problem. Turns out we have been putting it together wrong for 12 years and she was able to tell us how to correct it! Thanks so much for the great customer service!
