This is the worse VW dealership I have ever been to. Not only did they break my entire passenger door so it would no longer close and the window no longer went down all the way, they then returned my car to me like that, as though I wouldn’t notice my car door flying open while driving and not able to close it at all. This was after they were simply supposed to fix the lock that was not locking consistently. Buyer beware. I’m sharing this to encourage others to do their due diligence before trusting Lakeland Volkswagen with warranty-related repairs. Over Thanksgiving, I brought my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas in for repeated stalling and Start / Stop error — including the vehicle shutting off while driving with my wife and our 2-week-old newborn in the car.
