The level of incompetence in this office is OFF THE CHARTS!!! And the level of CARE is NON-EXISTENT. The Dr wants to see you ONCE A YEAR so she can keep CHARGING YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY as a "specialist" overseeing your care but you NEVER GET TO SEE HER WHEN YOU'RE HAVING A PROBLEM. EVER! They won't even test you for a UTI! And that is EXACTLY what they're SUPPOSED to be HELPING YOU WITH! I have told them my pharmacy SIX DIFFERENT TIMES. BUT NO ONE HAS EVER BOTHERED TO PUT IT IN MY CHART. So they keep asking & I don't get the... read more
Horrible service ! From the receptionist to the service for my grandaughter . First of all she was misdiagnosed , went in to see this dr leonora(NP assist) for a follow up from a er visit for severe pain in hed left right side. Story short she passed a large kidney stone ..The assistant(not even a dr) diagnosed her with over active bladder after just a few questions n a quick little ultra sound of her bladder and a strait cath . even prescribed her meds she dont need. Bottom line they did not listen to her.
Great care... I Leonor NP is excellent. She's very personablen explained my medical condition and put me at ease.
They got me the lithotripsy I needed. Staff is very nice.
Used to a good experience... They never answer the phone... And I never see the doctor. I think they quit caring... It's just a business.
