Horrible service ! From the receptionist to the service for my grandaughter . First of all she was misdiagnosed , went in to see this dr leonora(NP assist) for a follow up from a er visit for severe pain in hed left right side. Story short she passed a large kidney stone ..The assistant(not even a dr) diagnosed her with over active bladder after just a few questions n a quick little ultra sound of her bladder and a strait cath . even prescribed her meds she dont need. Bottom line they did not listen to her.
Great care... I Leonor NP is excellent. She's very personablen explained my medical condition and put me at ease.
They got me the lithotripsy I needed. Staff is very nice.
Used to a good experience... They never answer the phone... And I never see the doctor. I think they quit caring... It's just a business.
I had to wait 2 months to have a procedure done, then they called the morning of and cancelled my appointment. They said they would call me back to reschedule and never did. The lady who does scheduling is rude, the lady who answers financial and insurance questions is rude. I've called 7 times just today to try to reschedule my appointment before I go on vacation next month, they have only answered one time and asked me to call back.
