I have rented a unit since hurricane milton last year with the only things that were savable from my home. I come back to retrieve my things and every item is covered in mold, mildew and rat urine and feces. The rats were literally eating my belongings and building nests. When I called them to tell them the response was “ well there is still bait in our traps so there is no way there is rats” I have sent them multiple pictures and no response. My unit is infested with mice. There's mouse droppings everywhere. 4/29 - I keep reaching out and get 0 response.
