My first visit here. I seen Victoria Jacobs a couple of days ago. She actually seemed liked she listened to what I had to say. She didn't rush like some health care providers do. It's like she might actually care. lol I didn't especially like the medical assistant though. Meh. Not bad. Not great. Receptionist was super nice. Check in was easy. And fast. I was seen on time too! Another big plus!
We love our doctor (Dr. Mahmoud). He is awesome! No other doctor like him. We won't go to any other doctor, but him!! Belt/Walker Family. 🙂
Dr Mahmoud has an amazing bedside manner. He's been my mom's doctor for many years and she won't change doctors even though she no longer lives in the area. He takes good care of her.

I was a walk-in. Because of my symptoms they seen me quickly. Everyone was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like is the flu and strep swab. That’s just a violation all by itself!!

Love our new PA, Victoria Jacobs and her nurse Mindy! They are wonderful. Michelle that assists with scheduling (and everything else) is great also!
Dr Koerth is horrible. He talks to the computer instead of you and doesn’t listen nor does he submit your meds for refill. What doctor lets you go for 2 weeks and sends you on a cruise without your anti depressants you’ve been on for 12 years? You can call and leave messages and explain situations. They don’t call back. They don’t care about their patients
