Thank you RJ and Corey at Lakeland! I took my boat to the shop for an annual service, and unfortunately the impeller that was put in during the service failed while on the water just as I was launching and in the no wake zone. I was able to get the boat back onto the trailer, I contacted RJ and explained the problem; he requested I bring the boat back for the team to check it out. I am very pleased to share that I was entirely satisfied with the service I received from Lakeland Marine. My boat experienced a breakdown on Thursday evening during the peak of the boating season, yet they accommodated me the very next day. They kept me updated on a daily basis while the necessary parts for my Honda motor were being ordered.
