Very hands-on through out the process. Glenn always made sure to keep us in the loop of what was going on with buyers such as what the buyers liked and disliked about the house, what we could change to help sell it better. Glenn also made sure that we always knew what we were signing and if we needed any thing explained better.

Fast and efficient . The agents put the home on the market on a Tuesday and by Monday the following week were already had a contract. It was amazing! They were also our agent on buying our new property and took care of everything for us. It was an amazing experience. We closed on both in about 15 days from offer to closing. It was the best experience.

Glenn Offutt went above and beyond to help me find my new home. I was moving to Lakeland from another city and could only be in town for one day, however he continued to assist me, even going to the home we ended up buying and taking pictures for me. He and Tamara assisted in helping us in many ways, such as guiding us to which utility services were available for our area and so much more. Very professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.
