My two daughters and I have been dental patients for several years. The staff are very professional especially when providing complete details of pre post and account information. Dr. Lo's assistants are the best I've experienced, I particularly appreciated the the assistant explaining the progressive steps during a long dental visit. Lakeland Hills dental Clinic has the most superb staff an excellent dentist. They just started opening at 7 o'clock once a week which is perfect for my schedule. My whole family comes here and we are very happy with their service. Highly recommend this to anyone in the Lakeland area
I am not one who finds going to the Dentist very easy. However, they always make a way to see me quickly. The fantastic staff make you feel cared for and make a difficult adventure easier to handle. I for one appreciate the care I receive there. Dr. Lo is gentle and finds the best solutions for my dental needs. I give them an A+ and I have never before felt this way about having dental work done. Thank you to the entire staff and Dr. Lo.
I have been to many dentists in my life and I have to say Lakeland Hills is by far the best. We all hate getting our teeth worked on, but the staff makes it the best experience possible! They truly care about their patients and take the time to explain and ease our anxieties. I would recommend this office to anyone!
