Lakeland Harley told us they would give a donation for a silent auction to raise money for breast cancer. They gave us the run around for over a month just to tell us at the last minute they decided not to donate. With as much money as we spend there, and even have been looking to buy another bike there you'd think they could part with a few items for charity. So disappointed and will not spend another dime there!
I'm sure this will be deleted but here we go. I bought a part that was ordered by a bike shop on June 26. I've been busy so today I took the part to the shop and they informed me of it being the wrong part. So I called harley and they told me I couldn't exchange it, it had been longer than 30 days. I don't understand how you can't exchange a part that was sitting on your shelf anyway. It's a sad day in America when business is conducted this way. I hope many people read this and take it into consideration before doing future... read more
