I spent alot of money there,they was supposed to replace a fender on my triglide that they mess up gave me their word, went in for service and to replace fender service is done but no new fender, I have bought two triglide from them and for them to do me this way they have lost my business for ever, very unhappy, William Barber
thier marketing dept doesn't even know what days the dealership is open🤷♂️ Triple confirmed appt day , time & location. Took Monday off at a huge loss in pay . Drove an hour each way just to pull into the dealership being closed contacted rep from parking lot and she was ONLY interested in rescheduling. no offer to make it right. NOTHING. I will be taking my business to another manufacturer.
so I traded in my sport glide for a freewheeler and I have to say its all about the attitude. I LOVED everyone at the dealership . I can honestly say it was a great experience .everyone was so friendly and attentive . I loved working with my sales guy Daryl whom I now consider a friend . I highly recommend this dealership
If you go to work for them get everything they owe or tell you they are going to give you upfront as you won’t get it if not. Also don’t expect a final check to be what is owed. Take a close look at the used inventory and how dirty and unkept they look and it will give you an idea as to how little they let the service department do to the used bikes for reconditioning. Jorge was great to work with! To be honest, we really had no intentions of riding away on a bike but my wife and I spotted a 2004 Sporty 1200C which I have always been a huge fan of.. Jorge sat there and put up with my flip flopping and Boom,price was spot on and now we own it!! Everyone in that shop was very laid back and the purchase was the smoothest we have ever made! Definitely will be back again and again!! Rock on!!
