I had my roof replaced about just over a year ago and though I do not live in the area they were amazing to work with and sent pictures of everything. After the completion I had issues with the chimney which was also replaced just before the roof. I had the chimney company come back and assess it but they claimed it was not the chimney. They did not finish the job. There is a flat section on the roof that has not been done. When I informed their representative he said it was his fault but it would cost me more money for them to come back and finish the job. Also when I received the final bill it was $896.90 higher then the estimate.
I had to get a new roof for my house and reached out to Joey who works with Lakeland Contractors. He was fast and prompt with getting me an estimate for the cost of a new roof. There were no hidden costs or charges. The company quickly fit me in and my roof was installed over a weekend. All mess from removal and installation was cleaned up and I was left with a clean yard and a beautiful new roof. I’d recommend the company to anyone looking for help with their roof.
