Amauris was incredibly kind and patient as my partner and I test drove and looked at numbers for vehicles. We were in a very sticky financial situation and Amauris and the manager on duty worked through it with us and got us into a vehicle at only $70 more per month while erasing negative equity and raising our credit score. Their kindness and patience cannot be overstated. The dealership is a stressful and high-pressure place. These two, along with Angel from the shuttle, made it manageable and safe for us to move forward.
Talked to Billy for a used 2023 laramie 1500. Went from 42k to 45k then to 46.5k out the door price. Deal was agreed after talking it over with the General Manager. All I was waiting for was an E-Signature paperwork stating all that info. Then get a call back saying they actually want 47k. They lost a customer, and trust for the dealership. I took my 2025 Wagoneer into service on Thursday and was promised a diagnosis and completion time by Monday morning at the latest. Without any call or text Monday morning I called at 3. The phone rang 8 times and went to a generic voicemail. On Tuesday morning I called again and again went to voicemail.
