I bought a new Jeep Compass today and it was the easiest large transaction I have ever made. But most notably best customer service I’ve encountered in such a long time. This was my second and last purchase. The worst experience I have had with purchasing a car. Never trust the management. I am 73 and I have purchased many cars new and used and have never been treated with such disrespect. The we owe is not always honored in the time frame promised or sometime not at all as I witnessed from another customer the day I returned. Henry was great made the process easy
Let me preface this by saying I was very skeptical on trading in my vehicle in general it’s always time consuming and frustrating with the process of buying a new truck. When I pulled in I arrived 30 minutes before the dealership opened but seen Xavier walked by and he stopped by and introduced himself and welcomed me inside.
