Worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I have poor credit due to a repossession. I have a car from Okcarz. I got a text from this dealership saying they are affiliated with them and they noticed I’ve made all my payments on time so far and told me about a program they have. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I brought my vehicle in because multiple dashboard warning lights were on and specifically requested a diagnostic to determine what was causing the issue. Unfortunately, communication throughout the entire process was poor. After paying nearly $200, I left with the same warning lights still on and no clear explanation of what was causing them. Good afternoon! Today I went in to get an oil change for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the way I was treated was completely disrespectful. I had actually paid for it in advance—since I always buy the two-oil-change package—but today they charged me again because, according to the manager, I forfeit my money if a year has passed! I have bought a total of two cars from here. The first I bought a few years ago and it was a brand new car. I had such a wonderful experience that this last May I came to buy another car. This time I bought used vehicle and let’s just say I was less than happy.. Within less than a month of buying a car, I had to replace the back brakes because they were 98% worn. 03JUN2026: I am a Veteran that bought a used 2013 Jeep Patriot about a month ago. I had an inspection done prior and was told the throttle body could use a replacement, but otherwise no issues reported. Yesterday I brought it into Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for another inspection and estimate on the throttle body replacement. I was quoted $1100 for a $45 part and 30min labor process.
