There is a defect in the limited and Longhorn Ram dash that causes the leather to bubble. NOT covered under warranty even though it is a KNOWN defect. Parts had to be ordered, we wait, parts come in and we schedule an appointment 9am. Get there and the job takes 3.8 Hours, I WAIT! at 1pm Service Rep states it will be done by the end of the day or at the worse case scenario next day morning. How does a 3.8 hour job take 24 hours. They offer a loaner Corolla, I asked if there is anything larger, I'm 6'4 tall. they say no sorry... read more
