RecommendedIf you want a honest salesman, Bill Summers is your man!! I would highly recommend you stop in to see him if needing a new vehicle. Their service department is AWESOME!! If you need work done, stop in to see Brian Kuttesch (service manager). He is honest and treats his customers right!! Not too many people can brag about a dealership, but I can!!

Purchased an as is vehicle with PA State Inspection only to find it had no emergency brake, and the brake shoes fell apart when my mechanic completed the work on it. I will not be purchasing there in the future. I will say, that the salesmen tried to help, but not the owner.
I went to north point in oil city and they said that my exhaust manifold tick was normal. Lol. Took it to Lakeland and they took cate of it and my ram is running good.
Can’t get no communication from them. Will not return any phone calls. Lies lies and more lies from this place
My daughter bought a 2016 DODGE JORNEY FROM HERE AND AFTER THE 60000 MILE WARRANTY EXPIRED IT HAS BROKE DOWN 4 TIMES AND NOT RUNNING TODAY WITH ONLY 64000 MILES ON IT WE CALLED AND WAS TOLD TO BAD SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT EXTENDED WARRANTY. IF YOU WANT A NEW VEHICLE THAT COST OUT THE A-- AND LAST 60000 SHOP HERE THAT'S WHAT SHE GOT
I bought my 2016 Jeep Patriot at Fred Martin, Barberton, OH. The vehicle pulled to the right from day one. After a trip to Florida it became intolerable. 2-trips to Firestone and well over $300 did not remedy the situation. Someone suggested going to a “stealer.” My experience with dealers is horribly expensive and lousy work. The good people at Lakeland dispelled this prejudice. The mechanic had it fixed in about an hour. Now it drives straight as an arrow. The cost was less than $100! Thank you Lakeland.
Durango brought in on a flatbed due to almost catching fire and the stellar service dept calls to say the durango is done. 4 miles from the dealership it dies again with yet the issue it had. The reply from the service dept and i quote " we fixed the recalls". When asked if its normal to not make sure the vehicle is completely repaired before it leaves, im told, " we fixed the recalls". Chrysler will know what a joke of a dealership Lakeland is.
Purchased a used Dodge 2500. Brought the truck back not even a week later because of an issue. It was "fixed" the following week, brought it back again, only to be told there was nothing wrong. Two days later, after discovering the issue ourselves, the dealership GUARENTEED the problem would be fixed.
