took my truck to get an oil change on the 4th of August. It took over 4 hours for them to complete the oil change after checking a couple times when it would be done so he could leave. paper was left in the truck and the Oil light and tire pressure light was blinking. He was given a detail certificate to come back for the inconvenience. Don Baker, Service manger, is the an excellent repair person and I recommend this dealership as far as being, neat,clean, on time and not a rip off they care about the customer and do excellent work. If you need work done call and they will get you in.

The check engine light came on for the 4th time because you sold me a lemon. You quickly diagnosed the problem because it extremely common for Chrysler to load up their cars with cheap defective parts and it was repaired the next day. I was given a loaner and everything went well. The service adviser- a middle aged blonde woman was very understanding and consoling. I hope the next 7 times my check engine light goes off things go as smoothly as this.
Mr. Cooper was very informative, he was patient, and I never felt any pressure, during the vehicle selection process. Nice, stress free experience.
