I was here when I was 15/16. I was put in a room with a roommate who kept making me uncomfortable and when I would express that I was told I was dramatic. 1 day my roommate took off all her clothes and it made me extremely uncomfortable they put my roommate in the isolation room. When I was finally allowed to call after I got off "red mode" I called my mom and was telling her what made me upset and scared I didn't say any names or anything. Ahh helllll no. The reviews all speak for themselves. Never would I ever put my child into a place like this, that sounds like it would be traumatic in and of itself. Nope, nope, nope, nope!!
I noticed there is not enough reviews and I just wanted to make some so hopefully if some mom or dad is thinking about sending there kid to this terrible place they don’t. Lots of these reviews were made years ago and telling you now, it’s the exact same, staff are cruel and will cuss at you, instigate everything then if you try to fight them they play the victim, they will know about fights that are going to happen and let them happen, the unit is always chaotic and they don’t care, they check bags really bad so if your kid... read more
Went here when I was 16 years old stayed for 9 months sent me to a hardcore place for suicidal thoughts I was only allowed 10 minutes in shower every 3 days I felt like I was going insane being there it drove me insane dying to get any ounce of sunlight I could just a breath of fresh air everyone was antsy so moods would build up I even witnessed a male staff giving my roomate chips and weed I don’t know what she had to do to get that but I don’t want to know I was dying to get out of there just some freedom anything it got ... read more
