The bank card is not very usable it will decline for no reason with more than sufficient fund. The excuse they give is that they've had problems with "that" company before. Funny I never did in 20 years of dealing with them. The company I work for has their payroll through them and they will not cash our employees payroll checks unless they have an account with them. I gave them a 2 star rating because the employees at the branch I go to are friendly.
