This is a GOOD starter apartment or retiree apartment. Each year the rent will go up, and the quality of life around you will slowly go down. The first few red flags to take note of, the buzzer system in front is non existent other than a metal plate in the wall that says “DOES NOT WORK” The main floor hallway, a couple of floorboards were broken/missing and it was just carpet, and still is partially like that.
