My stylist Tasha is just wonderful at what she does! Super sweet and really makes you feel relaxed. My hair has never looked so good
With this salon, they ask you to reach out to your stylist by their preferred method (text, DM, etc.), which I think is fantastic. But what do you do when that stylist never answers the text when you need change your appointment? I waited a full week before I circled back to say, hey did you get my text a week ago about rescheduling? It turns out they did but admitted to missing it. Ok no problem because they're super busy. Just went to Lakehouse with my son for a first visit for a haircut with Maully. The salon has a very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere, and gives off a pleasant relaxing energy. Maully was so friendly and professional, she made it a great experience! Will definately be returning for colouring next week and future upkeep.
