I visited this property today and I was very disappointed. The lady in the office wasn’t informative she wasn’t inviting. I asked to view a townhouse she told me that the door was open I guess it’s self service. I saw the place and it smelled like mildew. It need to be updated badly. The up stairs is very narrow so if you have bulky furniture chances are it won’t fit. This is bitter sweet because I see so much potential in the property. The neighborhood is very nice. I hope the future renters of unit 7b see this before they move in! You need to know what you are getting into! Unit 7b: (All of these statements are documented and there is proof to back it up) -Black mold coming from the ac unit above the upstairs shower, they came by to "fix it" but the fix was to paint over it and try to seal it shut. No actual work was done to try to get rid of the mold, just a coat of paint and some screws to try to keep it shut. -Your downstairs is tricky, the ceiling is not the same height anywhere.
