As a vendor, I’ve found this management company to be highly unprofessional. They rarely respond to calls or emails, and they’ve left a $698 balance unpaid with our company for almost a year. If they can’t or won’t take care of a basic bill, it raises serious concerns about how well they maintain and manage Lakehill Townhomes. I would think carefully about that before calling this place your new home.

Ive had nothing but problems here. Horrible management. Everything is out of date. The microwave and dishwater doesn't work, had a leak that flooded my bathroom. Nothing is upgraded. Board on window took them 3months to fix when was told it will be fixed when moved in. Patio light doesn't work, missing light fixture, didnt even attempt to clean befor moving in, had old dishes in the dishwasher still. I think the management is related to the owner of the property, and he doesn't care about what goes on. More like a slumlord

I visited this property today and I was very disappointed. The lady in the office wasn’t informative she wasn’t inviting. I asked to view a townhouse she told me that the door was open I guess it’s self service. I saw the place and it smelled like mildew. It need to be updated badly. The up stairs is very narrow so if you have bulky furniture chances are it won’t fit. This is bitter sweet because I see so much potential in the property. The neighborhood is very nice. I hope the future renters of unit 7b see this before they move in! You need to know what you are getting into! Unit 7b: (All of these statements are documented and there is proof to back it up) -Black mold coming from the ac unit above the upstairs shower, they came by to "fix it" but the fix was to paint over it and try to seal it shut. Haters gonna hate. Catch the vibes and views that JANET & crew do their best. It's blissful here, and we're full. Just kidding, but you're lucky if you get in as the community is an established one. 2.24 update: Bummed out having to move from sewage overflow. Not looking to hate, but keep expectations lower than city standards.
