I was having a bad-faith experience at my old dental office and we decided to try out Lakefront as a change of pace. Little did we know that it would be the best thing we did for our teeth. First of all want to express how professional and compassionate Dr. Gupta and staff were on my first visit to Lakefront Dental. I am so thankful to have had Marta as my initial contact at Lakefront Dental. As a very anxious and apprehensive patient, she radiated a sense of calmness, compassion and trust that, in turn, made me feel extremely comfortable and calm during the procedures. Ive been coming here for a long time and the service has slowly gotten worse. Use to have the best hygiene cleaning and experience. Tbey use to put on Netflix and let you relax and the dentist was amazing and never had a issiue. Last 3 appointments no netflix at all. And use to floss under my wire and do a good job. Last 3 times I've had 3 different dentist come look at my mouth and this last dentist (shes indian) I didnt have a problem going in then told me I had 2 cavities.
