Today Sunday, I am very disappointed with Lakefront Walk-In Clinic in Lakeshore. I called ahead today and was told they were open until 4:00 p.m. I arrived before closing time, but I was refused care. The man receptionist said there was no doctor available, even though I could see patients still being seen inside. I explained I had an urgent eye infection, but I was not helped at all and was told he wanted to leave. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Wei Xiao. The way he spoke to me felt dismissive and rude. Very rude. I came to the clinic because I was looking for a referral related to a scalp examination that my husband had previously received through a specialist. Instead of trying to understand what I was asking about, Dr. Xiao repeatedly told me that no such examination existed and seemed confused about what I meant. The way he spoke to me felt dismissive.
