This property has and continues to ignore a rodent infestation on its site. Some of the tenants have heath issues and or children. Breathing in mice urine and fecal matter dust can cause HSP after just 4 days of exposure!!!! THIS ON TOP OF THE CURRENT PANDEMIC!!! This is just plain INHUMANITY!!!! I personally know a few people that have been complaining for months trying to fight this themselves and at STUCK because of COVID-19! I’m just going to be a voice for the voiceless! RecommendedI wanted to leave a comment about an event the leasing team, Britanie and Taylor facilitated. These ladies did a fantastic job coordinating a holiday party for residents of Lakefront and their families. Any residents who missed this event, missed a treat! The event was well put together and if it was one resident or one hundred residents in attendance these ladies made sure everyone felt welcomed and appreciated. This place is sneaky. Initially I signed a lease that made my rent + water =1246 a month. When i talked to the reps before I renewed for a year they kept saying my rent will be 1246 for the new year. They never once mentioned that that's the new rate and I have to pay water on top of that, so an extra $36/month (before it was 1246 total). They snuck it into the agreement and all they can say is "well, sorry. You signed the lease agreeing to the new price.
