Sport and Health has Great classes and instructors!
I love this club, mostly for the group fitness. Great instructors and a full schedule with lots to choose from!
GREAT group fitness classes! I love the new floors, and can't wait to see all the improvements to the club once the construction is complete!
The best part of The Lake is the people!! People who want to help, people love to be part of the fitness journey, and people who inspire! Of course I am talking just as much about the members as the staff! So happy to be part of this extraordinary community.
"Sport & Health has been my home gym for over 5 years. I love the environment and the people! The managers and employees are very friendly and very professional in their jobs. The gym has many varieties of exercises that cater to many tastes, with wonderful instructors! I started out doing Zumba; it's a very good class that I loved! Soon afterwards I spent time doing weight classes like Bodypump. I fell in love with this class and never stopped doing it 😍 I love my gym❤️"
