Great facility, equipment, Instructors, Trainers, other staff and classes. The class offerings allow for a complete spectrum of modalities (muscle toning, cardiovascular, mind/body, dance...). In addition to the awesome classes there are all kinds of options for an exceptional workout (pool, racquetball, cardio and strengthening equipment... Also very friendly membership.
I love Lakeforest for the people, staff and members. The group exercise classes are great and the members encourage you as much as the instructors!
I am in love with Sport and health since 2012 to present. TeamRio and TeamLakeforest help me to be who I am today. Thank you a lot. Those two locations are my home������
