Lakefield Mews raised its rent by $140 in one year for a one year lease on an unrenovated 2 bedroom apartment. Lakefield Mews also does not accept packages for residents and got rid of its senior discount. Also, you should not have to wait 3 to 4 days for a work order to be taken care of. The rental rate may change daily so do not be surprised if the rate is different the next day. Take your money and find someplace else to live.
Lakefield Mews is a beautiful community and a great place to call home! You have to check out not only the community but the Leasing Team as well. They are awesome!
We have lived here for three years. It's a very good place to live. The office staff and maintenance people are wonderful. AlI our issues are taken care of asap, usually before I return from work that day. They have some perks too. The convenience to everything is priceless.
I truly enjoy living here. Its a joy to call Lakefield Mews home. Maintenance is prompt. Neighbors quiet, friendly. Neighborhood clean and well kept. Overall a pleasant place to call home.
This is one of the best places to live, especially on the east end. The staff here are exceptional. They respond to maintenance requests immediately, even the smallest thing. They are incredibly friendly, offer nice little extras, and are VERY thorough about checking out who is living there. It's quiet, clean, safe, and well maintained. Location is excellent, right across from White Oak Mall, right near 64 and not too far from 295 as well.
