RecommendedI am big on reviews.. so this is my honest review.. I freaking LOVE Jay... from the beginning I felt welcomed... I felt like we were friends lol... I went looking for a 2 bedroom the townhomes are huge... nowadays u don’t get a lot of space in townhomes/apartments but you get your money worth with the sq footage.... I ended up not signing my lease bcuz a situation came up.. but Jay understood and gave my deposit back.. so everyone has their own experience but my experience with the bellaria townhomes was good... Worst place I have ever been. Let me tell you why. Work orders take months. Literally months. My apartment was infested the whole time I have been here and nothing was ever done about it. I have pictures and videos to prove it. They still made us pay rent. Food was constantly getting thrown out because of the rats. On top of all this I'm pregnant and they know this. I told them that this is unacceptable and I cannot risk getting something from these rats, I begged to break the lease or to get something done and nothing. This... read more

What a nice place to live. When you drive into your own unit you don't have to get out in the rain to get to the front door. It is an all inclosed place to live. Best value in Houston area.
