Required 2 appointments for glasses for our children. This should service in total should been covered with our insurance. Since they made us come back, of course there was a charge for the additional exam. I asked when I made the original appointment about a 15 min time slot being enough time, since I know from past experience it takes longer. I was not told a second would be needed. We have been getting glasses for 4 years. Have NEVER heard of 2 appointments for a prescription. I would avoid this place at all costs, unless... read more

Absolutely love Lake Zurich eye care! Dr Oliver is the best optometrist I've ever had...hands down! She listens and cares about her patients which is hard to find. She has gone above and beyond to ensure I get the care I need. The office staff is very helpful and provides excellent customer service. I have no reason to go anywhere else and very thankful.
