The nurses here obviously need training because apparently they don’t have any empathy for innocent and young children who are dealing with new, strange, and painful experiences AT THE DOCTORS OFFICE!!!!
The place sucks so bad these people messed up my daughter’s referral appointment and they are so rude very incompetent. It’s like they don’t know what they’re doing or they just don’t want to be there. I will be switching pediatricians.they made me miss a whole day of work because they refused to complete a service.
It's frustrating when you have a great doctor but the staff is not as reliable. I have a 2-month-old baby and I had some concerns about the medication prescribed by the nurse practitioner. I felt uncomfortable about it, so I asked to speak to the doctor. Each day, the staff would give me a different message, asking me to call back or giving me a new excuse.
