I hesitated going here bc of issues I’ve had in the past.. I should have trusted my gut bc it’s been nothing but hassle! The office doesn’t care even though I have asked about urgent care matters. They don’t call you back. They give you the run around and send you all over to different people within the office on the phone just for everyone to say “I’ll leave a note” and they never do. Everytime i Come here i wait way pass my appointment time to be call everyone get called before me n i get here early n still end up waiting n hour after to get call then i get back there and still have to wait 30 more minutes. So are so unprofessional and a waste of time

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:45 PM and arrived at the hospital early. As a new patient, I had trouble finding the office since there’s no clear directory for where the OB-GYN or other departments are located. I called the front desk well before my appointment time while walking toward the main entrance, explaining exactly where I was.
