Do not go to Waterman OBGYN. If you’re having complications, they do not try to squeeze you in so you get relief. They want you to wait 3-4 more months with your complications when you’re already in bad pain. They don’t offer any solutions. & whoever answers the phones doesn’t listen to what you’re saying, they just want to get off the phone as quick as they answer. It’s just a job to them. If you have an emergency and need to see your obgyn, you have to wait months for an appointment. Find another office. I wish I could give zero stars.

I couldn't recommend this location less. The reception staff was unbelievably rude to me about being self pay and documented a totally false interaction between me and them in my medical file. I'm disturbed by their behavior and can say that I fully found it to be unethical and deeply concerning. They refused to see me because I was self pay even though I had already spoken to them about it. They also refused to see me without confirmation of my pregnancy which would be an ultrasound.
