Everytime i Come here i wait way pass my appointment time to be call everyone get called before me n i get here early n still end up waiting n hour after to get call then i get back there and still have to wait 30 more minutes. So are so unprofessional and a waste of time

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:45 PM and arrived at the hospital early. As a new patient, I had trouble finding the office since there’s no clear directory for where the OB-GYN or other departments are located. I called the front desk well before my appointment time while walking toward the main entrance, explaining exactly where I was. Update 8/6/2025: If you are using this office, please double check how they are charging your insurance! They have incorrectly billed my insurance twice. I am still disputing a claim for a service they billed my insurance for that I never received 50 business days after submitting the claim. This is my first pregnancy and I’ve had an awful experience with this medical group. I unfortunately feel like I am stuck here now since I’m already halfway done with my pregnancy.
