No, I don't think so Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, I got what was promised Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
