This office is extremely insensitive, rude and unaccommodating in cases of emergencies and events that are out of a patients control.
RecommendedDr. Amy and Dr. Marino provide exceptional care for my 3 kids. I love their vaccine schedule, staying within the guidelines but not doing too many at once. Dr. Amy always takes time and patience to answer all my mom questions. The nurses are great too. There is no one else I would trust my kids care with. Lake Vista Pediatrics Highly recommended by us!

I’ve been with Dr Capone and Lake Vista since 2005! Wouldn’t take my children anywhere else. They are like family.
Dr. Capone is always respectful of our children and our input as parents. We leave our appointments feeling confident and well cared for.
After receiving a clearly erroneous bill and fighting with their aggressive and rude billing department, Capone acted like he had solved the problem in a Facebook post. But in reality, they refuse to stop harassing us and keep sending new bills. Reading other reviews online, this is obviously a very common problem with Capone's office. Check your bills!
I love the friendly staff and how the doctors not only to absolutely everything to help my children, but they check in with me to make sure I haven’t gone crazy 😜 Seriously especially with having 3 special needs kids I always feel they are knowledgeable and very patient. Love them so much!!
