RecommendedI moved into the pointe at canton apartments august 2019 and so far I love them. I haven't had any major issues with the apartment or management. When I needed to pay my rent 2 weeks late due to a financial hiccup they allowed me to do so with no problems. Most recently we changed trash companies so the pick-up schedule changed. Due to my job schedule I'm not able to stick to the new schedule. I let management know the problem and they said they will have someone put my trash can back into my garage if I'm not home to do it ... read more
RecommendedGreat place to live!! Everyone is so friendly, including the office staff!! Never once had a problem while living there!! Updated and spacious apartments along with great after hours maintenance!! Highly recommend!!
RecommendedLong term resident. Perfect location - just off M-59; I can get anywhere! Grounds are lovely and well maintained. Maintenance staff is excellent - prompt, efficient, know what they are doing, friendly and eager to make things right. It is very easy to live here.
I’ve lived her for almost 11 years and it is the most quiet, beautiful, safest place I have ever lived. There’s a multitude of amenities and the staff is excellent. I enjoy living in an apartment where I can plant flowers in my front yard every year-both annuals and perennials.
